In the 1980s, remanufacturing of laser toner cartridges consisted of drilling holes in the unit, pouring toner in, and then sealing the holes. This "Drill and Fill" method was unreliable at best, this lead to poor quality. The current process consists of completely disassembling the cartridge, properly disposing of the remaining toner, cleaning and inspecting all internal parts. Next, is the refurbishing or replacing all worn parts, refilling with fresh toner, reassembling and then finally testing. All of our products are backed by our Quality Guarantee.

Of course! Our cartridges are usually 50% off OEM and up 15% below other remanufactured cartridges. This applies to most cartridges, some models may vary.

No. The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act prohibits the printer manufacturer from voiding the warranty because you use a remanufactured cartridge. Most printer manufacturers advise against using remanufactured ink, as they want you to think our products are inferior. They just want top dollar from YOU!
