We at Cartridges Unlimited feel that we sell the best product, at the best prices possible. Therefore we will guarantee your Inkjet and Laser Toner cartridge is free from defects. We believe that philosophy so strongly that if it is shown our cartridge damages your printer, we’ll have it fixed at no cost to you!
Cartridges Unlimited warrants each cartridge to be free of defects in material and workmanship. If any Cartridges Unlimited cartridge is found to be defective, Cartridges Unlimited will, at its option, replace the cartridge or refund the full purchase price. Cartridges Unlimited also warrants that, subject to conditions stated below and under normal use, our cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible printers. If a defect in a Cartridges Unlimited cartridge causes a printer to fail, Cartridges Unlimited will reimburse the customer for the full amount for the repair of the printer.
This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing Cartridges Unlimited with satisfactory evidence that the printer or copier failure was due to a defect in the Cartridges Unlimited cartridge, including a written statement on an authorized service company's letterhead, dated and signed by the company's field service representative. Return of the defective cartridge is required. Any sign of tampering with the cartridge by non- Cartridges Unlimited personnel will void this warranty. Cartridges Unlimited liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as provided above. This warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
Exchange Policy
Cartridges Unlimited understands that mistakes happen. Either you purchase the wrong cartridge, or you are having problems with the one you bought. Although this is very unlikely, we understand. Just bring in your receipt, and original packaging within 30 days and we’ll be glad to replace / exchange your cartridge!
